How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@wtfpuzzles.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number, a description of the defect, and a photograph of the issue. This helps us quickly process your request and improve our quality control.

2. Wait for Instructions: After we review your request, we'll send you an email with detailed instructions on how to return the defective item. Do not send the item back before receiving these instructions.

3. Ship the Item: You'll be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective puzzle. Please pack it securely to prevent any further damage during transit.
